We were travelling in a convoy when we came upon a Momma Rhino and her calf. I was in the last bus of the convoy.

She charged and rammed the rear end of the bus in front of me. She went through along with her calf.

Something I will never forget.

Only 3 others even have 5. 3 more at 4 and a host of schools at 3.

Maybe it’s just the body language. With the Washington players in 2022 and 2023, he seemed to display more of an alpha, command-type vibe with the media and also with his players. Not that he was an asshole on the level of Brian Kelly or anything, but he just seemed more in control than he looks currently.

He often appears nervous on the sideline now, like he’s uncomfortable in his own skin. He also argues with the refs really strangely, jumping up and down in a pseudo-sperg / homeschooled kid type of way, like he’s not used to doing that and is just trying to do it to make the fans happy. He kinda rambles in his press conferences, segueing awkwardly between different platitudes that we’ve all heard hundreds of times before.

He hasn’t see the court this season. He that far down the chart or is it something else?

On behalf of the Macadamian Jubilation Congregation (hwy 78 East, jasper, al) I have decided to direct a fundraiser so they can buy a new ice machine. We need $50,000. I thought this was a tad lofty, but Pastor Clovis insisted and I’m not one to question a man of the lord.

The idea is 10 women from Walker county will be judged by a panel of 8 guys. They will be judged by their weight (1 lb = 1 pt), a hot dog eating contest, a Nutella wrasslin’ tourney, and finally, the disparity between their annual income and their husbands.

For instance, if Jolene Price weighs 350 lbs, eats 27 hot dogs, comes in 2nd in the hazelnut wrestling portion, and makes 50k per year while her husband remains unemployed, Jolene would collect between 2,000-2,500 points, depending on the judges. If that makes sense.

For those who are interested in being a judge, DM me your real name, your DoB, your address, and why you believe you should be a judge. The fee for participating as a judge is $2,000. This is why your address is important. I can just swing by and pick up the money. No need to PayPal or write a check or anything like that. I don’t want to spook anyone.

I have this one employee who honestly had a pretty below average(maybe even AWFUL) 2024. I tried to give him autonomy but sometimes I had to step in and beg him to follow my strategy, and even then he wouldn’t execute.

What should I do with this employee heading into the new year?

Since schools can't CURRENTLY finance NILs, how does this make sense?
