1). Have a defensive substitution ready EVERY play so if the opponent substitutes we can slow down their play…maybe leading to a delay of game penalty or time out
Vandy is fantastic at this tactic
2). Be careful about late offensive substitutions to protect against #1 above
3). Have our DL guys shift left or right before the other team snaps the ball. It certainly works AGAINST AU about 50% of the time. Especially in the red zone. I did see us do this some this year
4). Cut any KO return guy that returns ANY KO inside the end zone If the turds come up short on a late game FG then Chris Davis can return that
Just a friendly reminder as you watch these playoff games today, just know I love you and so does Jesus, Recruiting matters, if you can establish enough talent, any coach can look decent, the more talent you get , the better the coach looks........
I posted the other day about how I hurt my back and thinking it’s an herniated disk. Most suggested I get an MRI. I went to the Dr this morning and he said insurance wouldn’t pay for a MRI if I wasn’t having any shooting pain down indicating nerve issues. He thinks it’s a muscle thing and suggested physical therapy. I’m getting an X ray later just to make sure but I don’t think it will show anything so hopefully it is just a muscle issue.
