Got knocked on my ace by a “really bad cold”

At urgent care now since I have a bad cough, sore throat etc. Figured it was strep or flu but those both tested negative as did COVID test and Dr said it was just a bad cold. Embarrassing fam. I’m 36yo and getting my ass handed to me by a cold.
