My daughter is a junior now in high school and of course pops (me) will ensure she does the right thing and attends college schooling on the plains. She has an AU campus tour in a couple weeks. She is going to talk to Nursing school and take a tour. She is also touring one of the housing facilities, but I looked over costs of those on-campus housing facilities and they are absurdly over-priced (so just doing that tour to make sure I am not misunderstanding those ridiculous $ figures.) We will not be able to do an official campus tour w/ a guide though - have to come back later I guess. Might squeak in Health and Fitness tour if time allows.

Has anyone else out there done this trek before (taken your child on a campus tour), and if so is there anything in particular you think we should do/see during the visit that is good information to pick up besides the standard stuff I already mentioned?

My thoughts are we’ll get more scholarships, he is been invited to apply and attend the DEI COSAM bridge program, that comes with a scholarship, but I’m sure there’s more.
