Same car pulled over 3 times

On my way to Perdido for the week from Bham and the same BMW convertible has now been pulled over by law enforcement 3 times. Passed them on 65 pulled over by a trooper, later blew by me only to see them pulled over again. Blew by me after that and now they are pulled over again by small town local cop. Best part is they have bammer vanity plate. War Damn!

Because it's hardcore ...

Story this AM from Grady County, Georgia where I spent most of my life:

On December 18, 2021, Larry Steve Simmons and seven other people, all under the age of 18, broke into an 87-year-old woman’s home, according to the South Georgia Judicial Circuit. All of the defendants were charged with the following:

  • Home invasion
  • Two counts of criminal attempt to commit a felony (malice murder and armed robbery)
  • Aggravated assault
  • Exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult/elder person
  • First-degree burglary
The elderly victim has legal blindness and limited mobility, per a court report. She was woken up by the sound of the intruders. When she left her bedroom, the intruders fired six shots toward her, with one striking her in the hip, according to a release. She fired back with her handgun, causing the suspects to flee.

WDE Granny. Good shootin.

Trump joined the ranks of the world’s wealthiest 500 people on the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, with a fortune of $6.5 billion.

“We have a great company and are incredibly honored,” Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, said in a statement.

FISHING LAMP - sailfish from my kayak (Updated with Pics)

Just released it. It feels like the kick 6 bruh. That's the pinnacle of my fishing wishes.

I'll decide in the next 5 mins whether to head back to land or feed myself to a shark because it may not get any better than this.

Paddle off the beach near PCB and land a billfish. That's the best it'll be in the fishing world.

HOOPS BRUCE PEARL SEASON'S END PRESSER (3-28-24)

"We still feel the pain and the sting."

"I've been on the other side of that upset. That's what March Madness is all about."

"We turned the ball over on too many occasions." Pearl says many of the late ones were on plays that have worked this season. "We just didn't execute."

"It was the perfect storm."

"It was very, very difficult."

"The fact that we could lose to Yale, that we did lose to Yale ... by providing too many excuses, I take away ... one of the great wins in their history. It takes away from the fact that they made shots, made plays, hit their free throws and had a historic upset."

"The Flagrant 2 could have been a Flagrant 1. Nobody would have commented on that."

"I knew right there that we were in trouble." (Said their No. 1 defender was on Chad and then the PGs were going to be in better position to operate. Then the No. 1 defender went to the PGs and that made Denver Auburn's only play-making PG.)

On the call: "I think it was too excessive. Chad made a mistake. He shouldn't have done it; he should have walked away."

"I'd also like to remind our fans ... Chad owned up to that mistake. He feels really bad. He's struggling with that right now. I want to tell the Auburn family ... I know you're disappointed ... if someone is messing with your son, you'd back him up ... stop messing with my son. I'm not having it. On social media, unfollow those people. Stop it."

BP says he never talked about this Auburn team being outstanding. "This team beat the teams they were supposed to beat every night. They prepared. They trained. They worked hard. It was a great season, won a championship. SEC championships matter. They matter to me. They matter to the Auburn family. If that's not good enough, I don't know what is."

"I'm not asking anyone to kiss my ass. I'll give you reason to criticism. Want to criticise the Yale game? Let's tear it up. This was a great team at Auburn."

Why are you defending yourself? "People get disappointed. Their expectations change."

On knowing what his roster will look like next season: "This is uncharted waters for all of us. An NIL agent can literally call any player on my roster and offer them a deal somewhere else — and it's legal. We won't do that. I'll fire anyone who does that."

BP says he told KD that he'd be coming off the bench next season, won't be playing as freely as he did this season. "We just talked about the fact if the joy of the game would be more someplace else. Our discussion was really, really good."

What needs to be different next season? Well, he loved his front line this year. "Those four guys gave us as good a front line as we played against." He goes on a long rant about how good Johni has been. Now he goes on a rant about how good Dylan, Jaylin and Chaney played, too. "We had an advantage on the front line almost every night."

"I'd love to have them all back. That still has to work itself out."

"Tahaad is not a point guard. Everyone assumes Tahaad is coming in to be our point guard. He's not."

Says Tahaad's role will be "to get buckets."

Says he won't pressure players to make stay-or-go decisions. He wants them to work on their own timetime. And their family's timeline.

Says he likes it when transfers had to sit out one year — because it was good for most players.

SIAP..Louis Gossett Jr passed away..

enjoyed many of his roles...As a boy in the eighties Iron Eagle may have been my favorite though.
