aka TOUIOOBK
CFB good offenses + their OFFENSIVE COORDINATORS
OCs that are "WR COACHES" (wouldnt mix well with our staff) or "OL coaches"
-Tim Leger (louisiana)
-Mike Shanahan (indiana)
-Conor Riley (kst)
-Grimes (kansas)
teams/OC with good "POTENTIAL PORTHOLE QUARTERBACKS"
-Ezell(south ala) - GIO LOPEZ
-Arbuckle (wash st) - MATEER
-Beck (new mexico)- DAMPIER
-Riley (kst)- AVERY JOHNSON
-Grimes (kansas)- JALON DANIELS
(would add army/navy but they arent really viable porthole guys. navy runs the WINGT stuff so dont think hugh would go that route anyways)
also right by WASH ST = kendal briles with JOSH HOOVER. pretty good combo there
from the PFF METRICS heres some more offenses to look at
TOP 25
the G5 guys - wmu, texas st, liberty
WMU- Walt bell (QBs). no portal viable qb
TEXAS ST- Leftwich (QBs). no portal viable qb
Liberty- Willy Korn (QBs)- Salter
power conferences = rugers, smu
Rutgers- Ciarrocca (QBs). no viable portal qb. GOOD COACH was at minnesota a little bit and turned a terrible rutgers offense around quick
SMU- Casey Woods (TEs). Jennings is the qb. rhett the jet runs the show
TOP OFFENSES BY EPA/PLAY
Arizona State- Marcus Arroyo (QBs)- stud qb in Sam Leavitt. dilly dilly runs the show over there
these teams are where id look if we were gonna try to change the offense via the PERSONNEL ROUTE + maybe poaching a QB with em. the big CAVEAT here is does hugh give up playcallin/how much control would he give up to bring one of these guys in + is he willin to boot out current personnel. BIG DECISIONS TO BE MADE
