No question Biden should never have run IF he was truly the leader of the free world once office….

He has always been a puppet. Obama’s people all were his staff and Obama stayed around DC, only president to move to DC after serving. Obama wants the borders open to tear down the country and have voters one day since his current voters are moving to Trump that are half way sensible leaving only trannys and old hippies. None of which are having kids.

Also how has the media not vetted Obama to see he was raised to be where he is.

I want to give a shoutout to a local Auburn restaurant

One Forty Grill is the name and has been open for maybe six months now? Either way it’s been a great atmosphere and most importantly the food has been not only great but consistent. Located a little down the hill from mellow mushroom downtown AU. I’ve now lived here for 10 years and have tried all the “nice” restaurants in town minus 1856 and while I’m not saying it’s the best overall at every single thing, the three times I’ve been it’s been nothing short of superb. 10/10 thus far.

Also here’s a random 1/10 of the other restaurants of similar in town in my opinion.

Acre 9/10
Hamilton’s 9/10
Depot 7/10
Vintage 6/10, which is now closed
Botanic 6/10
Cafe 123 8/10
Zazu 6/10
Amsterdam 8/10
Waverly Local 7/10
Lucy’s 6/10
The Hound 9/10

Constitutional Law Expert weighs in on Trump 2.0

His essay/article concludes with:
(The issue by issue breakdown leading to this conclusion is thorough and annotated)

“The 47th president of the United States may wish he were a king. But in America, the law is king, not the president.

Donald Trump may wish he could dictate his unconscionable global tariffs; dispense with due process and deport whomever he pleases, citizen and not; and vanish away huge swaths of the federal government without check or rebuke. He may wish he did not have to contend with the First and Fourteenth Amendments, the free press, or the Constitution’s birthright-citizenship guarantee. He may wish he could ignore the Constitution’s elections clauses and run America’s elections from the White House. And he may wish he could intimidate the nation’s lawyers and law firms from challenging his abuse of power and commandeer them to do his personal bidding.

But it is these constitutional obstacles to a tyrannical president that have made America the greatest nation on Earth for almost 250 years, not the fallen America that Trump delusionally thinks he’s going to make great again tomorrow.

After these first three tyrannical, lawless months of this presidency, surely Americans can understand now that Donald Trump is going to continue to decimate America for the next three-plus years. He will continue his assault on America, its democracy, and rule of law until the American people finally rise up and say, “No more.”

From across the ages, Frederick Douglass is crying out that we Americans never forget: “The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”“

My simplest explanation for my BTC naysayers...

Now let me put this in perspective. My house was worth $1 million in 2020. Back then, Bitcoin was $20K, so that house would’ve cost 50 BTC. Today, the house is worth $1.5 million. But with BTC at $100K, that same house only costs 15 BTC.

Simple math. That’s the power of Bitcoin....it’s deflationary. The dollar? It’s weakening. In just five years, this shift is crystal clear... yet so many people still don’t see it for some reason....

Russian Demands to End the War

This is not a serious set of demands. It would literally make it impossible for Ukraine to survive. It lets you know the Russians still want to fight. The US cant afford to give Ukraine the weapons to defend itself and go on the attack to take land back and the EU doesn't have enough weapons or stomach to do it. We need a new plan. Feels like it is time to have the Ukrainians start attacking deeper into Russia to start more unrest back at home. Life needs to be made miserable for the Russian citizens.

The Ukrainian official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to reveal details of the talks, said Russian proposed the following terms for a peace deal:

* The withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, only after which there can be a ceasefire. The regions are largely or partially controlled by Russian forces, but Ukrainian troops are still fighting to hold on to the remaining parts of the regions. There was no such demand in the draft deal prepared by the United States.

* International recognition that five parts of Ukraine -- the Crimea peninsula annexed in 2014, as well as the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions -- are Russian. The U.S. draft had proposed only U.S. de jure recognition for Crimea, and U.S. de facto recognition for Russian-controlled parts of the other regions.

* Ukraine becomes a neutral state, has no weapons of mass destruction, and Kyiv's allies will not station any of their troops on Ukrainian soil. This demand was absent from the U.S. proposal.

* All sides in the conflict renounce their claims to receive compensation for war damages. The U.S. proposal had stipulated that Ukraine receives compensation.

According to the Ukrainian official, Russian negotiators transmitted those demands verbally, and did not share any document containing their terms.
