Bunk, I normally smoke only one piece of meat at a time so calculating est. cook time is easy.
For Christmas will be smoking (2) 10lb bone in pork shoulders and (2) four bone beef ribs.
What is a good rule of thumb for adding time with more in the smoker. I normal run 2 hours per pound at 225 for the shoulders.
