I'd think he would need to, but if he's one of these "loyal to a fault" guys, it may be a problem. Kent Austin? Meh so far. And was giving Nix the OC job the correct move? Seems like he's learning OTJ. TE play has been junk.

I know JGT said there are no toxicity issues within the staff, which is good to hear.
