Yeah, I’m not sure with their crime rate that Compton needs to be the model for anything.

So the mayor was booed for saying only morons want to defund the police department and he couldn’t take it? Too bad, being mayor is a tough job that he asked for. I can guarantee that a MAJOR majority of the Twin Cities want a police department. End the war on drugs, don’t end your police department.

Yeah, the loudest folks are getting all of the attention right now. Minneapolis has over 420,000 people. I doubt anywhere near that number want no police. When people go off of the rails like this the message gets muddled.

You have to question the sanity of anyone who’d apply to be CPD. Trying to navigate the violence around them without offending anyone has to be impossible.
