Agree. The only issue I have with your take is that the standard is applied differently for the different sides of the political spectrum... how many times were Trump or his supporters compared to Nazis or Hitler? More times than we can count. Those people faced no repercussions, because that is the approved narrative. Their hate is ok. Just like how the anti-Semitic rhetoric that we here from numerous members of congress on the left has not led to any "cancelling". They get a pass because they are on "correct team".
I don't think most people realize that the principles behind CRT are almost exactly the same as those behind White Supremacy Theory.
