it's not dead people voting. It's what, huge if anything, swing state legislatures do with their constitutional authority if they conclude the elections in their states were compromised and what Congress would do with competing slates of electors. The Constitution contemplates this problem. Now would be a good time to brush up on the 12th Amendment.
