When he arrived at Auburn, Johni Broome's assist rate was 11.5% compared to his turnover rate being 16%. Flash forward to this season and that assist rate has jumped to 22.7% and the turnover rate has dropped to 10.1%. I took a look at how that came to be and compared some clips from this season to his final season at Morehead and first one on the Plains.
Chaney asked about his career high: "It's a great feeling seeing everyone believe in you and seeing the work pay off."

Denver is asked about Chaney's career night and he said because of the work he puts in, it wasn't surprising: "I'm really not surprised... it just goes to show how deep our team is."
Denver was asked about Auburn lockding down GSU's guards: "I feel like our team takes pride in our effort." He said that even though their guards shot poorly, Bruce was still finding things to critique about their defense.
