My 16 year old doesn't know what it's like for Auburn to be good.
2010 he was 3 and definitely doesn't remember it.
2013 he was 6 and doesn't really remember it.
2017 he does remember. We went 10-4 and lost in the bowl game.
That he remembers, he's only seen Auburn win the Iron Bowl twice. He only remembers one win against Georgia.
In terms of bowl games, he remembers the 63-14 win over Purdue and the 31-10 win over Memphis.
That's his experiential knowledge of Auburn football.
That makes me really sad.
