I have an incline in my backyard that wasn’t sodded that backs up towards the fence. I’ve kept pine straw on it and planted a few shrubs but weeds stay in it all growing season. Just a pain to spray because I don’t want to kill the stuff I have planted. Any suggestions for good ground cover that will spread easily, can take full sun, and will stay year round in clay? I tried Asian jasmine but it doesn’t seem to be doing very well. Probably user error.
