With bammer’s win today there are now SIX (6) SEC teams…

in the Sweet 16….which ties the current record of a conference getting 6 teams to the Round of 16….

It was accomplished in 2016 when the ACC sent 7 teams to the tournament and 6 of the 7 went to the Sweet 16.

Now…if Ole Miss beats Iowa State tonight, the SEC will send 7 teams to the Sweet 16…

I don’t see that happening but anything is possible in this tournament…
