With time to kill on this Christmas evening, I'm doing final planning for a trip to Colorado in a month. Flying into Denver and driving straight to ABnB in Winter Park. But will drive back to Denver to fly out and will have almost full 1 day to do something. Anything worth seeing? Unique eating spots? Prefer hole in the wall type places. TIA
