not one left alive anywhere in South America. We need to execute every member of a cartel in the US. they are enemy non combatants and not covered under any treaty and not subject to civilian laws . Military tribunals can execute without representation. Today they killed a US civilian that's an act of war . If Mexico resists we should invade . Enough is enough
