Ubering to/from the ATL airport?

Just curious how does this work? I had heard there was a flat rate and that they couldn't pick up from the airport?

The Uber website is kinda confusing on the whole deal...

I usually just Uber to Arts Center which is my closest station and Marta from there. (or vice versa if I'm returning).
