I liken the situation Hew walked into to the one our beloved Bruce inherited. We had 3 tough years after Bruce took the reins. It wasn't until his 4th season that Bruce flipped the script. And, that's in a sport where you can turn it around with only 5-7 guys.
I don't know if Hew will be able to pull off what Bruce has, but we need to have some patience in the interim. Continuing to rabidly "eat our own" will do nothing more than keep us in a dark, ugly vortex. Carry on Bunker!
