Nick Petrino - QB coach (has only coached under his dad) 3 years of total experience
Ryan Beard - LB coach (son in law/has only coached under BP) 1st year as an on field coach
LD Scott - DL coach (son in law/has only coached under BP) 4 years of coaching experience/played football at UL
They have one of the least experienced staff in the country. BP has a propensity to hire family members as a way of keeping things in house. Like Gus, he has trust issues and wants employees who he knows he can control.
