My gorgeous wife's Facebook account was hacked while she was with our youngest in Orlando for Cheer Nationals. The hackers changed the email, phone number, AND added an authenticator. Our middle daughter (the one that sang the National Anthem at the AU Missouri game) is in the Miss Alabama Teen program and was top 15 at state last year, and will be competing again in March in state as Miss Shelby County's Teen. My wife does a ton of fundraising and networking for Maddie through Facebook and messenger and since Maddie has state coming up, my wife is very upset as the timing couldn't be worse and it is a huge stress at a critical time since we are almost a month away. I reported the account hacked, and they asked for an ID, then reinstated it, but the ID must have been verified for the hackers new email as they allowed them back in and never allowed me to use a different email to replace theirs when providing the ID. I'm going around in circles and we are desperate to get her account back so we can block these bozos. Any help/advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks, bunk.
