My oldest (sophomore at AU) is living in a mobile home that we purchased. His roommate just notified him he's moving out during the summer. Recs for best way to list it for rent, assuming he can't find a roommate for the fall semester on his own?? Could float it without a roommate, but not financially ideal. TIA.
