I paid 1500$ for tickets to all sessions on StubHub on Friday. I only received the tickets for the sweet 16 and was told I’d receive elite 8 tickets on the day of the event.
Now after being on the phone with StubHub for the entire 3 hour drive to Atlanta, they will not issue me a refund or replacement tickets. All they offered is a 25% code.. Am I able to take legal action vs them for this? And also does anybody have 2 tickets available..
