So my buddy sent me Turducken for Xmas

For those not familiar, it’s a Cajun invention - a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey. On top of that, this one is stuffed with andouille. It’s in the oven now - should be an experience.

Was thinking I needed a medium bodied red to accompany, but I’ve decided on a 2010 Kistler Pinot noir from mag.
