“In the early going at least, Georgia appears to be focused on four primary targets: Xavier associate head coach Jonas Hayes, Cleveland State head coach Dennis Gates, Wake Forest head coach Steve Forbes and USC head coach Andy Enfield.”
They’re going after a former UGA assistant/player who’s never been to the tourney as an assistant in four years at Xavier, the third year HC at Cleveland State, the second year coach at Wake, who didn’t go dancing last year and likely won‘t this year in a really bad ACC and Andy Enfield, who I cant seeing leaving USC, for any reason to go to Athens. I’m not exactly impressed.
Does anybody know a little more about the candidates other than Enfield that makes you think they’d get it turned around there, and does anybody think there’s reason to think Enfield would be interested?
