... let my 17 year old daughter drive to Gatlinburg from Alabama (5 hours)? I will be in front car and she will drive behind me the entire path. She has been driving for nearly 1 1/2 years with routine small trips on a nearby interstate.

At first I thought this seems ok but I am now getting a bit worried.
