Do you put any other sea critters in yours besides shrimp, crab and oysters? Found a good recipe in an old Brewton Civic league cookbook. Start with a roux and add from there. Gonna try it tomorrow on basmati rice.

Low and slow for 3 hrs. Add the seafood at the end of cooking.
Seema like this recipe may need some spicing up. Slap Ya Mama or Cajun/Ole Bay seasoning or something.
