Had two blocked calls from a NYC area code. Then received a text from the same number informing me if I did not call them back and cooperate, they and their shadow would track me and my family down, killing us one by one. Trying to laugh it off but that was unnerving to read at first. Scammers went from "Send the IRS Target gift cards or go to prison" to "Cooperate or your family is dead".
