Rule changes I'd like to see in college basketball

1. Need to go to quarters. Men's college basketball is the only league in the world that plays halves. This helps to prevent games from being turned into free throw competitions.

2. You should have to have possession of the ball to get free throws. Loose ball fouls, over the backs, offensive fouls (this one is already exempt), etc. should not lead to bonus free throws. We have to stop punishing teams for fouling while making hustle plays and giving the other team free throws when they aren't even on offense.

3. Goal tending reviews should go both ways - why in the world would you only review a goal tend if the official "calls" it?

Any others?
