RIP David Lindley

Lindley was one of the all time greats. He could play anything. I loved his pedal steel and guitar work. His playing made Jackson Browne's Late for the Sky a classic.

David Lindley, guitarist best known for work with Jackson Browne, dies at 78

Lindley, an in-demand musician who recorded with everyone Linda Ronstadt to Warren Zevon, played the searing guitar solo on Browne's "Running on Empty."
