EDIT: basically... Obama sent an email to Hillary while in Russia, to the SoS COVERT (illegal FOIA avoidance tactic) email, per James Comey. The email was sent June 28th 2012. Hillary Clinton was in Russia June 28th, 2012.

Summation: Obama's covert email was acquired by Russian Intel in 2012, because it was sent over an unsecured system. Then-President Obama was complicit, and therefore also compromised when the covert account was exposed... and they've been lying about it ever since.
