So they let him go and hired the flavor of the month, Scott Frost. Who had tremendous success at UCF. But in 2 years he has had limited success.

Now I bring this up because we seem to be entering the same situation. Do we stay with Gus or do we hope he quits or we fire him and go with someone who we really have no idea if they will be successful or not?
There does not in my mind seem to be anyone poised to take the next step and be as dominant as we seem to think we can be
