im looking to buy a beach condo somewhere in the gulf. anywhere from gulf shores eastward. this purchase would be through a self directed ira so i want to prioritize cash flow from rentals over the "best" place to have one. prices are high relative to even a year ago and was wondering if anyone here has any thoughts advice?
