I have a 70 year old aunt I'm trying to assist who was t boned in her 2018 Chevrolet 1500 by someone who ran a stop sign. They didn't have insurance. Her insurance has totaled her truck out, but offering 3k less than she owes. I know there are many factors involved in that with loan amount and everything else, but just on the surface, are you generally able to negotiate or appeal how much they offer you?
