Which from what I gathered is mainly about tickets, or at least partially.
I just tried to contact someone who has been extremely helpful to me over the last few years, and I've seen other posts on here praising him. Was really a lone bright spot in the ticket office. But I just tried to contact him and was informed he no longer works there. So have heads already started to roll and/or escape goats being slaughtered? I have no idea if this is related, and that's why I'm not using his name (I'm sure most know it anyway) but that was the first thought that came to mind. Really sucks either way.
