Montgomery, Ala.
Jay G. on the mic today.

Weather was lovely. Sunny and 72 degrees.

INJURY CONCERNS:
• Too Tall Miller was out there and not showing signs of injury.
• Keldric Faulk looked fine.
• Luke Deal looked fine.
• Keionte Scott looked fine.

NO. 1 DEFENSE: Usual
NO. 2 DEFENSE:
Amaris-Jayson Jones-Blocton-Key Crawford
Gotay-Woodyard
Hart-Elston/Speaks-Robinson-T Love-Kite

PLAYS OF NOTE:
• In 11-on-11 team, Fairweather snatched a nice TD catch from Thorne. He hadn't yet turned around when the ball was thrown, so Fairweather made an outstanding, immediate adjustment to catch the ball. Really nice. He beat Elston for that score.

• In 11-on-11 team, Simmons caught a wondrous TD pass from Hank Brown in the end zone. No YAC needed. Simmons beat Kaleb Harris and Caleb Wooden in coverage. Ball placed just over the defenders' reach and into Simmons' grasp.

• Corners were working with Sir Crime Dog in a drill to improve ball recognition while in phase. You love to see it.
