I work offshore and a few of us with our electrician ran cable and put up a dish so that we could run out on box to our room. A few other guys have already done this. They told me to just order a new reciever and just bring it to work and then we could activate it there. So I called dish and they won't let me just order a new reciever. They said they have to bring a guy out and do it themselves. I think they are just trying to get a service fee. Anyone got a new one before without them coming out?
