When the administration elects to transition from lawless and unconstitutional acts to open defiance of court orders? I say 2-3 weeks max. I hope if it comes to that Vance takes the fall since he is openly advocating for it.

A federal judge said Monday that the Trump administration has been violating a court order to disburse grant funding and hinted at possible penalties.
In January, the White House issued an order appearing to halt all federal grant spending. That order was rescinded amid a political backlash, and a federal court blocked a broader funding aid freeze, too.

But several Democratic state attorneys general have maintained that the Trump administration has continued to withhold funds anyway. In a five-page ruling Monday, U.S. District Judge John McConnell said the administration’s ongoing pauses to federal funding violate the “plain text” of the restraining order.
McConnell cited a freeze on funding for the National Institutes of Health as an example of a potential violation of his order.
The judge also cited a 1975 ruling that found that those who refuse to obey court orders “risk criminal contempt.”
