OT: Need advice re: an employee in my business

Hi guys- need some help with my business.

I have this one employee who honestly had a pretty below average(maybe even AWFUL) 2024. I tried to give him autonomy but sometimes I had to step in and beg him to follow my strategy, and even then he wouldn’t execute.

What should I do with this employee heading into the new year?
