sure is starting to sound like it to me........I've always felt something similar happened in the J.B. Beasley and Tracie Hawlett murder case (with Ozark PD).

Earlier today at a undisclosed location in northern Henry county, the country’s top search dog was flown in from Maine, and located what is believed to be evidence that Lisa Wallace, missing from Eufaula since Oct 2012, was murdered. The dog named “Quincy” which has been working for the federal government on a search of the coast of Georgia and Florida for two missing boys, was brought into Abbeville this morning secretly.

Earlier this week after an interview with a private investigator Scott Moss (see below) who located a bloody sheet and mattress a year ago, a leaked document from a confidential source in the Eufaula Police Department indicates that members of the Eufaula Police Department, along with the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department, destroyed evidence of Lisa’s possible murder.

Both departments have denied receiving any evidence from the investigator in the recent Will Dickerson murder trial legally, and to a state task force, but former employees of both departments have recently gone on record stating that evidence was purposesly destroyed.

We were able to determine that the documents leaked to us did indeed have Eufaula Police Department Detective Donald Brown’s signature on them, and that signature matched previous public documents he has signed. This along with the copy that Moss received, all match.

Now that evidence is part of a homicide investigation that could include police and sheriff’s department members itself.

The Henry County Sheriffs department has quickly taken over the scene once Quincy hit positive for a dead body on the exact location where bloody sheet and mattress was recoverd both being identified as belonging to Lisa Wallace.

This brings the Eufaula Police Department and Sheriff Upshaw directly into what appears to be a possible cover up of the murder of Lisa Wallace. It is as well possible this could be the death scene of Willie Pugh, but officers working the scene suggested it is likely Lisa Wallace.

Lisa’s mother, who was on the scene when the cadaver dog began his search, is heartbroken. She told us,

“WE JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DAUGHTER AND FIND HER REMAINS. FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW NO ONE IN BARBOUR COUNTY WOULD LIFT A FINGER TO HELP US”

Recently the mayor of Eufaula, Jack Tibbs, refused to ask for a reward to be offered and former head of investigations, Larry Hubbard, was caught on tape lying about the case to family members and misleading an outside investigator.

After recent threats have been made to those trying to search for Lisa, the result was swift, multiple former law officers have joined to help those investigating the case. The family and friends of Lisa then moved to offer up to a 100K reward for her return.

Henry county deputies on the scene not only promised her they would do everything they could, two were observed offering a prayer. They then told Lisa’s mother,

“THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IN OUR COUNTY, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO FIND HER”
Per law enforcement request, we are not releasing the location as the search continues for Lisa’s possible remains.

WE URGE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF LISA’S, AND THE COMMUNITY TO KEEP LISA’S MOTHER IN YOUR PRAYERS AT THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME.

Below is the interview with Scott Moss that implicates the Eufaula Police Department in destroying evidence.
