Looking at townhomes in the Cumming and south Forsyth county area to rent and it’s basically little Mumbai now. They didn’t bother with a slow integration or gentrification they must’ve coordinated and moved to Cumming/Forsyth county en masse or something. The demographics of the area has been completely flipped on its head.
Don’t really have an opinion on whether it’s good or bad for the area to be completely honest but it’s def kinda shocking after growing up 20 minutes up the road. They certainly keep to themselves and don’t seem particularly interested in mingling with other ethnic groups. Apparently the same thing happened in Frisco, Texas.
