Looking at encapsulated attic, exterior insulation, advanced framing, air sealing, comprehensive HVAC (VRF, whole house dehumidification, ERV, near-HEPA filtration). IOW, lots of stuff production builders don't typically offer and are not experienced installing.
Any have recommendations for contractor/builder?
