OT: Beach ⛱️ Trip (Condo or House)

My family (extended) always goes to the beach each summer. We have always been condo stayers but I'm thinking about pushing to just rent a beach house this summer.

Anyone got any pro or cons.

I'm tired of elevators and lugging chairs and umbrellas up and down.
