amazing comeback for BRUCE and the boys last night. can't say enough about all the positives.
there was one not so positive play that stood out to me that i think is worthy of discussion...turtle hudson, who has not played the last 3 games over disciplinary issues and has never made a 3 pt shot in an auburn uniform, checked in during a time where we were chipping away at the big lead and had cut it to 10...hudson decides to jack up an ill-advised long 3 that led to an Iowa St rebound and run out, which started a quick 6-0 run by Iowa St to take it to halftime down 16.
i said to myself there is no way he will enter the game again after that and he did not. we had clawed some momentum back and hudson decided it was his time to shine and cost the team. not a good look. i'm curious how things will play out with him moving forward.
