If there’s confusion on the coaching staff then, it creates confusion on the field. When you have a QB who thinks he knows more than the coaches then the offense is doomed to failure. Someone on the staff needs to step up and say I’m taking charge of the play calls because this by committee calls is not working. Find a QB can who follow direction.
