I wouldn't eat my dog. I wouldn't eat any of y'alls dogs. However I see zero problems with other cultures raising dogs as food. We butcher and eat many animals here that are much smarter animals than dogs.
Hell if I was in China and stumbled upon a dog meat festival I wouldn't be against sampling the different ways they cook canines.
