Clock will continue to run after 1st downs except for the final 2 minutes of the halves. Attempting to shorten the length of games.
You can't call back to back timeouts.. like icing the kicker. Three timeouts per half.
Teams can't return to the field for warmups until halftime activities have cleared the field. I'm guessing some halftimes went over the time limit and players and bands collided??
Teams will have the optional use of instant replay in games that do not have an instant replay booth official.
