One thing that I think is generally underappreciated is how Bruce develops players. This team is made up of mostly players that had talent but weren't elite when they came to Auburn. Johni, Cardwell, DJ and Chaney are prime examples of that. Throw in a stud or two like Haad and you've got the nucleus of a great team. The rest of the basketball staff does a great job preparing these guys for games, and that goes double for our weight training program. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Bruce preaches to keep God 1st. If you caught his message in the locker room before the game Saturday he closed by saying something along the lines of "Win or lose give all the glory to God"! Relish this time bros, it won't last forever.
