and by that, of course, they mean they no longer have a monopoly on cheating in every way imaginable. and people who cross them don’t have to worry about totally and definitely not mysteriously falling up a flight of stairs to their death.
because they can no longer dominate the sport, they lament everything about it. they can’t stand the level playing field, and since that fanbase ties its livelihood at large to the sport, we’re in the beginning stages of watching their lives burn into that same smoldering pile of ash.
i hate that college football is pretty much gone, but i love watching them fall.
